Start with the operator and the payment provider
Article 15e of the Gambling Act requires online-gambling payment transactions to pass through specified categories of payment providers. A financial-register entry relates to the provider; it does not authorise the bookmaker.
First verify the betting website. Then read its cashier information, withdrawal rules and payment-provider terms. Fees, limits and processing times can differ by method and account.
Compare the method in both directions
| Method | Before a deposit | Before a withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Check account ownership, reference and currency. | Check beneficiary details, timing and fees. |
| Debit card | Check card eligibility and issuer restrictions. | Ask whether card withdrawals are supported. |
| Credit card | Check issuer and operator rules. Avoid borrowing to bet. | Do not assume cash-out follows the deposit route. |
| BLIK or local bank payment | Confirm the method is actually offered to your account. | Check whether a separate bank transfer is required. |
| E-wallet | Check verification, account ownership and funding rules. | Check limits and whether the wallet can receive the funds. |
| Prepaid product | Check redemption and refund restrictions. | Confirm an eligible withdrawal method first. |
This is a checking guide, not a statement that every listed bookmaker supports each method.
Identity checks and source of funds
A successful deposit does not complete every identity or financial check. The operator or payment provider may request information to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Follow the verified support process and keep copies of payment references and correspondence.
Never share a password, one-time banking code or remote access to your device with someone claiming to release a withdrawal.
Cryptocurrency is a separate question
The general ability to own or use cryptocurrency does not establish that it is a lawful, supported payment route at a particular Polish bookmaker. Verify both the operator and the actual method. A request to switch to a crypto payment to bypass a blocked transaction should not be treated as proof of legitimacy.
If a withdrawal is delayed
Check the approved rules for processing steps, missing documents and complaint deadlines. Ask for a written explanation and reference number. If the issue remains unresolved, follow the complaints guide.
Keep payment charges separate from betting and winnings taxes. Neither a displayed balance nor a headline offer necessarily equals the amount available to withdraw.
