Advertising permission has conditions
Polish law permits advertising of authorised betting subject to conditions. Advertising must not target minors or suggest easy winnings, a solution to financial problems or a route to personal or financial success. Promotions and advertising are separately addressed in the Gambling Act.
Advertising must carry information about gambling risks, illegal-gambling consequences and the relevant permission. A warning or licence logo by itself does not prove that an offer complies with every rule.
Read the terms before considering an offer
- Eligibility: who qualifies, and whether previous accounts affect it.
- Funding: what must be deposited, and which methods count.
- Wagering: what must be staked, how often and on which bets.
- Timing: activation, use and expiry deadlines.
- Settlement: what happens to a returned stake, void bet or early cash-out.
- Withdrawal: restrictions on the bonus, winnings or account balance.
- Tax: what any tax-related statement actually covers.
Keep a copy of the terms applicable when you accepted an offer. If the terms are unclear, seek an explanation before depositing.
An offer should not decide your budget
Do not deposit or stake more than you can afford to lose to meet a promotion’s conditions.
You can decline an offer. A bonus does not change the need to check the website, meet eligibility requirements or understand withdrawal conditions. If a dispute arises, use the operator’s complaints procedure and keep the evidence.
