Which records are included?
The directory uses table 2 of the Ministry of Finance’s “Legalny hazard” page: its list of legal online betting entities and website addresses. We keep the separate casino and lottery table out of the betting results.
The source checked on 29 September 2026 contains 17 company rows and 18 addresses. Its published version is dated 24 August 2026. The source publication date and our check date are different.
How relationships and missing fields are handled
Company names, KRS qualifiers and website relationships follow the official table. For BEM Operations Limited, the KRS shown belongs to its Polish representative. We do not infer a separate legal brand from a website’s spelling.
The table does not publish each permit number, expiry date or complete status history. We do not fill those gaps with estimates. Search results identify Ministry-listed records; they do not certify payment performance or a reader’s personal eligibility.
How the tools work
The operator directory supports broad searches across names, KRS numbers and addresses. The website checker instead requires an exact address match. Similar spelling, additional address parts and deceptive suffixes are not approved through a fuzzy match.
A not-found result is limited to this dataset. Readers can follow the official positive list and prohibited-website register for further verification.
Source checks and daily maintenance
Our editorial policy is to review the relevant official records and guidance daily. Editors check changes before updating the published records and retain the actual verification date. Page edits do not automatically advance that date.
We use legislation for legal rules, government sources for enforcement and tax, and KCPU for support-service information. Operator statements can describe an operator’s own terms, but do not substitute for official permission.
Corrections and reuse
Email [email protected] with the page, the disputed fact and a direct official source. We assess corrections against the relevant authority and update affected pages when the evidence supports a change.
